We do not collect more than is needed to provide the service you're using, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

• Facilitate bookings or service requests with the business you contacted
• Notify the relevant business's staff when human follow-up is needed
• Maintain and improve the reliability of our automation systems

Third-Party Services We Use

To operate our systems, we rely on established third-party platforms, which process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy standards:

• Meta / Instagram — for receiving and sending Instagram direct messages
• Square — for appointment booking, service catalogs, and customer records
• Make.com — for backend workflow automation connecting the above services
• Retell AI — for voice call handling
• Telegram — for internal staff notifications
• Supabase / Vercel — for secure data storage and dashboards

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data in transit and at rest.

Data Sharing

We share information only with:

• The specific business you contacted or booked with (so they can serve your request)
• The service providers listed above, strictly to operate the system
• Authorities, if required by law

We do not share your information with unrelated third parties or use it for purposes beyond the service you engaged with.

Data Retention

We retain conversation and booking data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support the business you interacted with, and meet any applicable legal or operational requirements. Data is not kept indefinitely for systems that are discontinued.

You can ask us, or the business you interacted with, to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us at the email below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
